Refunds for orders are only accepted within 1 week of purchasing. Any order that is sent to an incorrect address or already shipped upon the time of the refund request will not be eligible for refund.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We are shipping 1-2 weeks after the order is placed, depending on pre-order or not! If the shipping time is longer, send an email to coolisushi@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number. Orders within the US will take up to a week to arrive to you while international orders will take longer. Please consider the COVID-19 situation and delays!

WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

If you order with tracking, your tracking information will automatically be sent to you when your order has been shipped from our location. 

WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL ARE THE STICKERS?

We use a high-quality water-resistant glossy sticker paper which is ideal for laptops, PCs, etc.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER I RECEIVED (DAMAGED, INCORRECT, ETC.), WHAT DO I DO?
